Designer x Animator
Mick is a motion graphics designer, animator, painter, illustrator, and dog person based in Brooklyn, NY. He received his BFA in painting and drawing from Pratt Institute, where he began experimenting with painting and illustration. After leaving school, he expanded into other mediums and taught himself to animate. He loves nothing more than seeing projects through from concept to design, and setting them into motion.
Mick has been busy working at Little Cinema Digital as a motion graphics designer, where he worked on projects including: projection mapping for an immersive project at the Monet in LA, intro animations for a Disney drive-in premiere event for Billie Eilish's "A Love Letter to Los Angeles", and animations for Amazon Premieres such as "Coming 2 America" and "Judas and the Black Messiah".
I worked with Little Cinema Digital creative team on over a hundred events, in which I assisted on animated needs from early concept designing, landing pages, broadcast Graphics, and projection mapping. At LCD we created unique events that ranged from live, online, and hybrid—merging art and experience into innovative and memorable immersive events.
